All students applying must be available on the following dates
2022-2023

| December 2, 2022 | Applications & LRW evaluations are due to SCCBA by 3:00 p.m.. |
| January 4, 2023 | SCCBA will notify students by email if they were selected for an interview. |
| January 6, 2023 | Selection Committee interviews students. Location to be announced (may be remote). |
| January 13, 2023 | SCCBA notifies students and employers of final round of interviews. |
| January 19, 2023 | Employers interview students. Location to be announced (may be remote). |
| January 31, 2023 | SCCBA notifies students by email if they've been selected. Students have one week to respond before alternates are called. |
| February 7, 2023 | Students respond to employment offer. |
| February 14, 2023 | Alternates are notified of any remaining openings. |
| February 21, 2023 | SCCBA sends confirmation notification of selections and placements |
| April 2023 (exact date tbd) | Mandatory Student Orientation Lunch, 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Location to be announced (may be remote). |
| July 2023 (exact date tbd) | Mandatory Student Summer Luncheon. 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Location to be announced (may be remote). |
