Fee disputes are costly, time consuming and ultimately damage client relationships and your overall practice. In this seminar you will learn how to document the initial representation of a client, recognize the signs of a potential fee dispute before it happens, and set up controls in your practice designed to avoid fee disputes. The panelists will also share their experiences as fee arbitrators, common mistakes made by practitioners and how to avoid them.
