This panel of four experienced Employment Law practitioners will openly confess their mistakes, skill developments, and suggestions for lawyers “new” to the field, who also want to avoid mistakes while increasing their own skills and knowledge. This practice useful seminar will review specific recommendations (Do’s and Don’t’s) for improving a practice, how to perform more like a veteran, and how to use resources, skills, and others to become the best possible employment law practitioners.

This seminar will also review a number of ethical issues encountered in the practice of L&E law, various standards that govern these ethical issues, and practical tips for overcoming these ethical issues. Whether you are a “veteran” or a “new” lawyer, or you want to refresh what you “should have learned,” you will learn from these four veteran practitioners.
