This one-hour presentation will take a practical look at what common business interruption coverage provisions cover and require, civil authority coverage requirements, other available business interruption type coverage that may be available and the elements required to demonstrate loss of business income. The presentation will review anticipated arguments in COVID-19 coverage litigation by both policyholders and insurers. It will provide the tools to understand and navigate the issues facing most insureds and insurers in current claims for benefits potentially owed by insurers to policyholders.
