Learn the Revised (New) Rules of Professional Conduct: Your Practice Depends On It

As of November 1, 2018, revised (new) California Rules of Professional Conduct will go into effect by order of the California Supreme Court.  All California attorneys will be required to comply with the new rules.  You can learn all about the new and revised Rules with two of the best ethics lawyers and presenters in Northern California, if not all of California:  John Steele and Alison Buchanan.

John and Alison will discuss the most important and significant changes and will highlight others.  They will cover such revised rules as:

Duties to prospective clients

Communicating with unrepresented litigants

Imputation of conflicts

Prohibited discrimination

Supervisory duties

Conflicts of Interests

The SCCBA is one of the leading bar associations in keeping members current on all ethical duties of attorneys.  This is one of the more important seminars in ethics and attorney discipline in at least a decade.  Know the Rules before they go into effect and they affect your practice.
