Applicants from all schools must complete the following application for consideration in the Bay Area Minority Summer Clerkship Program. 

The application consists of Personal Information, References, Personal Statement, Resume, and an Evaluation Form for your instructors to fill out and return.  Please note that the resume (upload), references, and personal essay are a part of this online application.
