This exciting new member benefit is your one stop place to keep ALL your MCLE credits and certificates of attendance.

  • Tracks automatically all mcle credits you earn by attending SCCBA sponsored mcle programs, assigns them to your general mcle requirements or to an appellate law or family law specialization educational requirement if you are a certified specialist.
  • Gives you online access to your certificates of credit and transcripts of all mcle credits tracked in your Professional Development:  MY CLE Manager; you can print them or email them directly from this module.
  • Allows you to manually enter any and all other non-SCCBA mcle programs and to upload the certificates of attendance for those programs; the module automatically adds these cle credits to your overall transcript available at this feature.

Access your MY CLE MANAGER from the CLE & Events menu drop down. You may also click on the Manage Your Profile menu category and select the Professional Development feature.

Tips to get the most from the Professional Development: My CLE Manager feature.

Journal Entries Tab
This is the area automatically lists all the SCCBA mcle program or mcle credit/s earned by attending an SCCBA mcle program and for which there is a certificate of credit; each “journal entry” is also automatically added to the transcript which sets out all mcle credits appearing under your “Journal Entries” tab.  You can manually add non-SCCBA mcle program credits here; see description below.

Certificate of Credit
This is just another name for certificate of attendance and sets out the credits earned in through an mcle program.  You can print out the certificate or email it.

Transcript
This is a statement listing all the mcle credits you have earned, SCCBA & non-SCCBA, where they were earned, type of credits and dates earned. The transcript is a centralized document of the mcle programs listed in the “Journal Entries” tab.

Non-SCCBA MCLE Programs/Credits
Non-SCCBA mcle programs an be added to the “Journal Entries” along with the certificates of attendance by clicking on the green,  Add Entry in the “Journal Entries” tab.

Certification/Programs Tab
This refers to the particular mcle credits you are earning, e.g. General MCLE Requirements (25 hours/3 years); Appellate Law Specialization; or Family Law Specialization.  The specific requirements for each of these “certifications” can be viewed by clicking on the certification/program title that is highlighted.  NOTE:  You will not see any “certification/programs” listed under this tab until you have earned at least one credit to be applied to that certification.
