Advancements in technology continue to impact employment law and presents new challenges for employees and employers in 2017. In recognition of this, the Labor & Employment Section present the premier Wage & Hour Day-Long Workshop at The Biltmore Hotel. This Workshop promises to be an engaging and dynamic event, geared towards unpacking the often-complex nuances of Wage & Hour Law by providing a more in-depth analysis of some of the common and difficult issues employers and employees face.
