This program offers a unique opportunity to watch an oral argument in progress and learn from the justices what does -- and what doesn’t -- please the court.   Watch as two experienced appellate advocates present arguments to the court, and learn as the justices comment on their presentations.    Discover common mistakes to avoid, techniques for handling hard questions from a hot court, and tips for making the most of your time with the court.  The program will benefit both experienced and inexperienced oral advocates.  Attendees will receive a synopsis of the case in advance to make the argument more understandable.
