Join us for our Annual 3 in 1 seminar which offers the opportunity to acquire 3 mandatory CLE requirements in one evening. This seminar offers:

1.0 Legal Ethics
1.0 Competence Issues
1.0 Recognition and Elimination of Bias

We have an esteemed group of speakers.  Craig Needham, a widely respected attorney in the Bay Area for over 40 years, will speak on competence issues based upon his own inspirational story, specifically about balancing your professional and personal life amongst the stressors that the practice of law inevitably bring, including tips on how to avoid depression, burnout, health problems and financial difficulties in one's practice.  Continuing on that theme, Sam Bellicini, an experienced State Bar defense and ethics attorney, will speak about the ethics surrounding mentally or physically impaired attorneys in California.  Finally, Hon. Roberta Hayashi, Judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court, will speak on recognizing and avoiding implicit discriminatory bias in the practice of law.
