Effective Motion for Summary Judgment Practice - Practical training on Motions for Summary Judgments.

Panel lead discussion regarding:

  • providing the necessary background for a case and cite to appropriate/relevant undisputed material facts;
  • how objections to evidence are to be made;
  • how to prepare a responsive statement to the "undisputed facts";
  • what needs to be in supporting declarations;
  • and how to do an appropriate Request for Judicial Notice.
