Cloud computing offers both clients and law firms tremendous upside. In addition to the benefits of simplified data storage and cost-effective software, cloud solutions enable collaborative work among widespread team members and partners. While the benefits of cloud computing may seem limitless, the same can also be said of its risks. From information security and cybersecurity to litigation readiness and information retention, employee use of personal cloud applications implicates a range of troubles for law firms and clients.

This program will discuss some of the key risks that law firms and clients face with employee use of personal clouds, and the various best practices for addressing the issues.
