The different agencies enforcing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation laws cover a wide variety of employers and employees yet they don't overlap 100%. The speakers from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will explain what their respective agencies enforce; what they cannot enforce; where they derive their enforcement powers; and what the process is for enforcement. Ms. Terrie Brodie will also speak on the process for Federal Employees.
