This seminar is a primer on the law surrounding residential home buying and the escrow process. If you are not a real estate lawyer, but want to have a more sophisticated understanding of the home buying process (enough to answer all of your friends' and relatives' questions), this seminar is for you! Our panel of real estate attorneys and title and escrow officers will delve into brokers and their duties, escrow documents and disclosures, title insurance, the new revocable transfer on death deed, and more.
