Plaintiffs must prove someone has engaged in a legal cover up ("pretext") of the wrongful act that occurred. What attorneys do not know are the 20+ methods and proof methods for showing a cover up of wrongdoing has occurred. This Brown Bag will focus on corporate actions / inactions that meet the test for "cover up," and detail what both Plaintiffs and Defendants can do to help prove or disprove the alleged case of discrimination.
