Join senior patent attorneys Teddy Joe of Zynga and Paul Main of Electronic Arts for an exciting networking lunch meetup on the role of patents and intellectual property in the gaming industry. Teddy and Paul will lead a round-table discussion on the current challenges facing software patents, how they are exacerbated in the video game industry, and the strategies they've developed to overcome those hurdles. They will also offer tips on how to successfully manage complex patent portfolios during legal uncertainty, and will provide advice for outside counsel on pitching to in-house patent lawyers. For those interested, a tour of Electronic Arts will follow.
