Who are those judges and what are they thinking? Here is an opportunity to gain some tips directly from the 2016 Civil Case Managers.

This two hour program will provide insights from the Honorable Mary E. Arand, the Honorable William J. Elfving, the Honorable Maureen A. Folan, the Honorable Beth McGowen and the Honorable Theodore C. Zayner, into practical ways in which you might be more effective in drafting and arguing motions. The key to success in Law and Motion often relates to the ability to "know your audience." Learn the preferences, do's and don'ts, and expectations of the judges who will be hearing your motions. Hear what your audience expects of you in 2016 and how you might become a more effective advocate for your clients.

Attend this program for an update on local rules, the hot button issues in Law and Motion, and, most importantly, the preferences of each Case Manager.
