On January 28, 2016, the Santa Clara County Bar Association (SCCBA) will host its annual Intellectual Property Year in Review Conference. Speakers will survey key intellectual property cases and other developments in intellectual property law during 2015, discuss their impacts, and share insights for practitioners. The conference will feature three panels: patents, copyrights/trade secrets, and trademarks. The event will begin at 12 PM with lunch and will be held at SCCBA headquarters, 31 N 2nd Street, San Jose.
