2015 brought about a continued deluge of labor and employment law cases and laws. This two-hour lunch seminar will cover what’s new in arbitration, class actions, discrimination, independent contractors, privacy, preemption and procedures. The recent changes in wage & hour law, workers comp, summary judgment and retaliation are among the numerous other topics that will be covered.
