This seminar provides training and hands on information about billing, communication, discussions, and working with clients to avoid nonpayment and fee arbitration issues.  Seasoned litigators and veteran fee arbitrators will present information regarding how to properly handle the first contact (or “How Not to Inadvertently Represent a Non-Client”), the State Bar’s new recommended Client Representation Agreements, the Dos and Don’ts of Client Communication and Management, How to Disengage, and Fee Arbitration Issues through a live action interactive presentation.
