Real Estate Fraud in Santa Clara County: A discussion by the Santa Clara County County District Attorney's Real Estate Fraud Unit on current trends in real estate fraud. 

 

The program will cover types of real estate fraud:

  • how to report real estate fraud;
  • how real estate fraud is investigated and prosecuted in Santa Clara County;
  • victim restitution;
  • elder fraud;
  • the restrictions on attorneys providing loan modification services;
  • other related legal and ethical issues.
