We live in an era of dramatic and accelerating change in technology and scientific advances.  How will client needs and our practices change as a result?  This program explores the legal implications of cutting-edge technologies, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, mobile/wearable computing, cloud computing, Big Data, 3D printing, human-computer interfaces, and the Internet of Things.  It focuses on the legal issues of compliance, liability, risk management, records management, privacy, and data security.
