The bay area economy is booming and developers are building. At the same time, the drought intensifies. For many developers, these combined circumstances raise questions about basic water rights, water requirements for residential and commercial development, terms and conditions of contracts with water suppliers, and creative strategies for water procurement.

Join Thomas Berliner, a water law specialist and Partner at Duane Morris and Lynne McGhee, Vice President and General Counsel of investor-owned utility California Water Service Group for a conversation about the intersection between water law and bay area development.

This seminar is useful for practitioners of Business Law, Real Estate Law, Land Use Law, Construction Law, Environmental Law, Water Law, Municipal Law, and Regulatory Law.
