Who are the decision makers and what are they thinking?
This two hour program will provide insights from our Santa Clara County Superior Court Case Managers, The Honorable Mary E. Arand, The Honorable William J. Elfving, The Honorable Maureen A. Folan, The Honorable Joseph H. Huber and The Honorable Patricia M. Lucas, into practical ways in which you can be more effective in drafting and arguing motions. The key to success in Law and Motion often relates to the ability to "know your audience". With the revision to the local rules, hear how discovery matters will now be held by the case managers. Come and learn what your audience expects of you in 2015 and how you can become a more effective advocate for your client.
