This presentation will focus on the legal issues involving accessing electronic information of another person.  Various means of access to electronic data will be discussed by IT experts from the Santa Clara Crime Law.  They will also discuss the means utilized by the Crime Lab to obtain electronic data from computers, cell phones and other devices.
