The SCCBA Labor & Employment Law Section presents an MCLE Brown Bag: Judge Greenwood will provide insight regarding what judges look for in analyzing petition’s for a workplace violence restraining order under California Code of Civil Procedure section 527.8 and Adam Fiss will provide both legal and practical insight offer guidance for reviewing workplace violence situations as well as drafting and successfully obtaining the restraining order.
