Proposed Rule Regarding Re-fingerprinting CA Attorneys

The State Bar of California will file a request with the California Supreme Court this week for approval of a proposed California Rule of Court regarding re-fingerprinting of attorneys. This will allow the State Bar to obtain criminal record information, in compliance with state law.
