State Bar disciplines former prosecutor

Posted By Administration, Wednesday, September 9, 2015

The State Bar of California has publicly reprimanded former Santa Clara County prosecutor Daniel Carr.

Carr is the guy who took early retirement this winter after District Attorney Jeff Rosen suspended him for withholding evidence in a multi-defendant gang trial. The Bar stopped short of suspending Carr, issuing a “public reproval” Aug. 28 instead. Carr is not related to former District Attorney Dolores Carr.
